Personal training in Belgravia - training programs designed to improve your health, whether your goal is fat loss, improved fitness or you just want to move and feel better.

We incorporate movement assessments, nutrition, lifestyle coaching and training into our programs so our clients really do get a comprehensive and first class service.

Our highly skilled trainers utilise movements that enhance the way we move naturally and combine traditional and modern scientific methods to optimise progress.

Training with us can be fast or slow, heavy or light, controlled or dynamic, intensive or relaxing – but it is always motivating and challenging. We use whatever we believe works – kettlebells, free weights, bodyweight, TRX suspension, boxing, functional training to name but a few. Underpinning all our work is a passion for delivering a great individual service.

We are experts at helping our clients lose body fat and get lean – naturally. Our ethos is firmly rooted in the camp – “whatever was good enough for our ancestors is good enough for us”, however we recognise that our clients have to live in today’s world with its modern demands, and as such programs need to be pragmatic, effective and simple to succeed. How quickly you lose fat is a very individual process. Although we often see fast results, that is not what we are all about. We aim to make changes that stick and help you to build a strong foundation for life - but we do believe that by following our natural fitness protocols you will be successful.

Each personal training session lasts one hour and to ensure optimal results we suggest training 3-4 times per week (either with us or following our programs). Over a longer period our clients typically train a minimum of 2-3 sessions per week with us. However personal training is more than simply turning up to do a few exercises! Sessions are focused and don’t stop once you’ve finished the session – we place a considerable amount of emphasis on what happens away from training sessions.

This may include developing programs clients can follow on their own or helping them to integrate lifestyle and nutritional practices that enable faster, better results. After all, a session only lasts an hour.

We believe that it is by motivating, educating and challenging our clients that they are able to fulfil their goals. Yes - it can be uncomfortable at times, change often is, but through this process and the results it yields they emerge far better for it.

Prices for our trainers are:

  • 1-9 sessions £75 per session
  • 10 sessions £700 (£70 per session)
  • 15 sessions £975 (£65 per session)
  • 20 sessions £1200 (£60 per session)

    Cut the cost of Personal Training

    Train with a friend or colleague, and choose the days and times to suit you. Prices for 2 or 3 people training together:

    • £80 per session
    • £750 for 10 sessions
    • £1050 for 15 sessions
    • £1300 for 20 sessions

    Each session is 60 minutes. Bespoke packages can be arranged to suit individual requirements. All Personal Training packages include our Lifestyle and Nutrition program.
